*We believe that one key to great pizza is simplicity. With this in mind, our policy is to place a maximum of three extra toppings on our “Original”. However, you can also add fresh or roasted garlic and/or extra mozzarella if you please. We encourage you to try the “Original” in the traditional way – without any extras.

Specialty Bianco Pizzas

The following are white pizzas made from particular recipies, no additions or substitutions please.

1. Bianco in Stephano

A thin crust brushed with garlic-infused extra-virgin olive oil, edged with cornmeal and layered with mozzarella, onions, ricotta cheese, parsley, freshly grated Parmesan, Romano cheese, fresh tomatoes, herbs and a squeeze of lemon.

2. Clam Pie Marinato

A thin crust brushed with garlic-infused extra-virgin olive oil, edged with cornmeal and layered with mozzarella, covered with baby clams marinated in extra-virgin olive oil, fresh parsley and garlic, freshly grated Parmesan and herbs.

3. Pizza di Tonno

A thin crust brushed with extra virgin olive oil and whole grain mustard, topped with mozzarella, marinated skipjack tuna, capers, parmesan and Romano cheeses, sliced tomatoes and black pepper

4. Pizza con Quattro Formaggi

An egg based four cheese pizza from Northern Italy. Ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella and Romano cheeses are folded in with fresh herbs and spread into a raised edge crust.

5. Pizza alla Siciliana (Sicilian style)

A thick rectangular crust brushed with garlic-infused extra-virgin olive oil, filled with crushed imported Italian plum tomatoes, spices, fresh garlic, freshly grated Parmesan, mozzarella and Romano cheeses.

6. Pizza Miguel

A thin crust brushed with garlic-infused extra-virgin olive oil, layered with Spanish onion, fresh mushrooms and Romano cheese under a blanket of smoked mozzarella, finished with Parmesan cheese, sweet basil and roasted garlic.

7. Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Artichoke Hearts Pizza

A thin crust brushed with garlic-infused extra-virgin olive oil, edged with cornmeal, topped with mozzarella and a marinade of artichoke hearts, imported sun-dried Italian plum tomatoes, parsley, lemon, Romano cheese and freshly-ground black pepper.

8. The Pesto Pie

Our thin crust Pizza, topped with mozzarella tossed in our house-made basil pesto, finished with crushed plum tomatoes, fresh garlic and Parmesan.
